Where are your products made?
All products are made by Danielle Salemi, owner and CEO in her home location in Western Massachusetts.
What’s your shipping and processing policy?
Currently based on our workload our processing time is 2-5 business days. This is where the materials can be acquired, product manufacturing, quality check from our QC engineer (Toshi). All things are shipped through UPS. If for any reason shipping through UPS would impact you, please reach out and special arrangements can be made.
What’s your return policy?
All sales are final. Because of hygiene concerns, creation of product and environmental circumstances this is a standard policy. However, if product is damaged in transit or there is a quality issue, please reach out to littlelazyleopard@gmail.com with photos of your order.
Quality issues we handle:
- Product is wrong size, color, or missing products.
- Damaged to the product including, holes, fraying edges, wet or environmental damage due to broken box.
